Darwin Yang is a prominent American chess grandmaster. He was born in Plano, Texas on December 3, 1995. Yang's first Grandmaster norm was earned in July 2011 at the World Open and his third in January 2013 at the UT Dallas Chess Club. He is a part of the UT Dallas Chess Team, which consistently ranks among the top in the nation.
