My dad taught me to play chess when I was a boy. I think I could have been a much better player, but I had no patience for learning openings. Now that I have the patience, I find that my memory isn't what it used to be, so my openings are pretty limited. I'm pretty patient with the timeout, but patience doesn't last forever...
