I was born 3 days earlier than the late Bobby Fischer in March 1943. When the epic Fischer - Spassky battle took place in 1972 I had not played any chess at all for a number of years. Like many others, I became fascinated with the encounter, took up the game again and have played actively ever since. So thanks Bobby & Boris - you have given me a life-long interest!
