I plan to use this site to study new openings. I will use some databases to help initial study. Over time, I hope to move away from them and use only my mind, as I will in OTB. I don't have a USCF rating, however my state rating is near 1600. If I achieve a favorable end game I WILL win, so play to win and don't let me hang on, it might be your last mistake.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
