I'm an English teacher living in China, working in Hong Kong. I used to play a fair amount of chess once upon a time, when the world moved at a slower pace and having the time to sit down with someone for a couple of placid hours was less of a rarity. I seem to remember being rather better at it than I am now, but that applies to most things. I love to play on this site, but I'm far from being addicted. In fact I must be off to my wife's funeral. Well, perhaps just another 10 minutes...
