I dont claim timeouts... unless I'm absolutely undeniably obviously going to win and you want admit that by not moving, otherwise an unfinished game will just stay that way, as it should. Did you start playing chess to win games by timeout? if not but you find yourself in a position where you're just itching to claim a non-existent victory you should consider why you're playing at all; perhaps stealing sweets from toddlers is more your thing?
