Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As with any game, I feel that time limitations should be closely adhered to. I won't hesitate to click the timeout skull as much as I wouldn't hesitate to claim an over-the-board win due to my opponent running out of time. Mind your time plz. There are, of course, exceptions but at least let me know what the delay is or might be. I usually don't accept games with more than 3 days on the move time or timeout clock.
