About timeouts: I'd much rather finish the game than claim a win. I will respect your vacation status for at least a week -- after that I will time out the game if there's no indication when you'll be back. I will always send a reminder before timing out a game.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
Rated stats are updated within 24 hours of the last completed rated game.
