What is Double Check?

Double Check refers to a chess move where two pieces simultaneously threaten the opponent's king. This happens when one piece is moved to give check, and simultaneously uncovers a check by another piece. It requires the king to move as the next move since it's impossible to block or capture both checking pieces simultaneously.
