What is Over The Board?

Over The Board (OTB) refers to a traditional way of playing chess where the players are physically present at the same location, usually sitting across a table from each other, with a physical chessboard and pieces between them. This is opposed to playing chess remotely or digitally, such as online or by correspondence.
