WCM
WCM stands for Woman Candidate Master, which is a title awarded by FIDE, the international chess federation, to female players who have achieved a certain level of skill in chess. This title is a step below the Woman FIDE Master (WFM) title, and is usually given to female players with an ELO rating of over 2000.
