WIM
WIM stands for Woman International Master. It is a chess title awarded by the International Chess Federation, also known as FIDE. This title is granted to female players who have shown skillful performances in chess, which are typically assessed and recognized via a scoring and qualification process. This ranking is one step below Woman Grandmaster but above Woman FIDE Master.
