What is Woman Fide Master?

Woman Fide Master (WFM) is a title awarded by the International Chess Federation (FIDE) to female players who achieve a certain level of performance in chess tournaments. It is the third highest female-specific title, behind Woman Grandmaster and Woman International Master. To achieve the WFM title, a player must attain a FIDE rating of 2100 or more.
