I haven't checked the other tournaments, but Gatecrasher would be the winner of 2007 if ET's title were taken away as a banned player. Interestingly, it looks like Gatecrasher has the best chance to win the 2008 tournament, also.

it means you only get to make 1 move per 60 days.
