In future, please keep all cheating accusations targeted at individuals out of the forums, and refer them to the site admin’s via feedback.

Unsubstantiated claims of cheating posted publicly do not help anyone - and will be moderated in future.

It seems a little strong to remove a whole thread rather than the individual posts.

Possibly. When 'mopping up' posts it can often leave very disjointed thread - so removing the entire thread is often the best option.
