Claimed draw indication

All claimed draws are now better indicated as such, rather than as previously "draw agreed".

Claimed draws are initiated by the player for insufficient material, threefold position repetition or lack of game progression. For more details, see How do I claim a draw?

If one player claims a draw for any of those three conditions, agreement between the players is not required.
If the conditions are there all that is needed is for the claim to be made by one of the players.
In OTB the claim is verified by an arbiter, and online it is verified by the software, once the claim is made.

If one player offers a draw, that is the only case that requires an agreement from the other player.
