Open invites in multiples

Rather than resubmitting the new game form to create a new set of open invite games, it is now possible to select how many to create at once to a maximum of 6. Or 6*2 for pairs.

Go to the open invite page, then when you create an open invite and select the color you wish to play, you will see it there as one of the choices.
