Open tournaments shown first

To stop unstarted tournaments drifting off page 1 (which results in them filling too slowly) all unstarted tournaments will now float to the top of the tournaments list.

This would be even better if it only showed the ones you could enter first, and left the others in their normal place.

Have a look at "My Home", it shows you what tourneys are available to you.
