My questions are: Are the history information lost forever or are they retrievable? Is there any time schedule when the game history will be complete again?

Oh, but shortly to me is far less than 7 hours...
What I would like is an answer like: "Don't worry, the games history is about to be fully corrected within a period of t hours from now. This glitch is only temporary."
What I fear most is an answer like this: "Sorry to say, the corrupted history of games is not possible to recover. You have to live with it."
