    I am currently half way through a subs audit. Please do not be alarmed if you suddenly lose your star, it just means that your subscription has expired.

    I am contacting most people, but not all.

    How do we know when our next subscription is due? Mine isn't for along time yet, but I have wondered if you just automatically debit our card unless we say otherwise.

    Credit cards are on a recurring billing. Notifications are sent prior to any charge so there will be plenty of time to cancel should you want to.

    Go to 'my home' and look in the left hand column for your subscription date.
