Subs audit

Apologies if your star vanished without warning, but the result of a subs audit has been applied to many accounts in the last 24 hours.

Ok, meaning that? Is it an error or an action as audit result?

Sorry, that isn't terribly clear.

I mean that some people will not have received a notification that their star was about to be turned off. (Mainly people without recurring subs)

The majority of people have a recurring subscription and will get email notifications long before their star is removed.

I've got my Email every year for years now about 2 weeks before it ends. It helps if you have the same card, it gets auto charged unless you follow the email and cancel.

If you want an exact date, use sitefeedback and ask your question. Someone will look it up and get back.
