In English football, for example, the FA cup enhances the game, it doesn't damage the league, as long as things are well managed (players rested etc).

1. How dare you attack @DTH for just responding to an idea in the clan forum. The forum was created for that exact purpose - for players to respond to ideas. He is a solid clan leader and active member of this site we are all trying to promote. Not a good look in my opinion.

As is plain to see I won 5 drew 3 and lost 7, not bad against a higher rated opponent. Now I know you wouldn't throw any games, but you did if memory serves me right lose on time in 2 of them meaning I would have actually won 3, then again timing out in a game is no excuse.
We have always been up front with each other over the years. I speak my mind and you speak yours, being nasty is not going to cut it. I have quit that myself some time ago, and you have done the same, but can be very unpredictable
Now try and tell me you and other Clan Leaders didn't discuss all this before it was ever introduced to the Clan Forum. You are all just looking for a way you can win something without putting the hard work into it.
I have no idea if you plan on helping each other or not, but it is the optics of it all that led me to think very strongly that could be happening. I know this much for absolutely certain. I will not be having anything to do with a Sectional Clan Championship. I will strongly be suggesting to my Clan Leader to stay clear of it.
That is about all I am going to say on the subject for now. This could go back and forth until infinity. I am not Paranoid about anything, but can see when a few clan leaders are grouping together to try and have a Clan Challenge System they are all on the same page with and much easier for them. This was all done secretly before it was introduced to the Clan Forum.
Again all the thumbs up from the ones involved in this little scheme. I say SHAME on all of you involved, same goes for the Thumbs Down. Work hard and make your Clans Stronger and compete with Clans like Metallica, IVV, and Breaking Bad! Don't try to make your own little section of the Clan Challenge.

Appears once again you were mistaken. What you People don't understand is the thumbs down do not deter me from speaking my mind. What it shows me is how many are in the little group that want their own Sectional Chess Challenge, because they are unable to compete against Clans like Metallica, IVV, and of course my new favorite Breaking Bad!! 😉
