Like this idea ... players with lower ratings enjoy competition too. Plus, some clans (like ours) only have 1 or 2 higher rating players and would like to give more action to their lower ranking clan mates.
You have 13 players in your clan, why not work a little harder building your clan so you can actually compete!! It takes work to win a Championship, all this is giving someone a cup for playing 50 games??? I don't see any logic in it what so ever. Just because you don't like playing a lot of games you now want your own prize for playing less games!!!
I can only assume you were one of the Clan leaders involved in this little scheme before it was even suggested in the forum.

All you are doing is trying to find a way to win something without having to put the work in from the way I see it. Combining the little clans into a bigger Clan would make a lot more sense.
You have the same clans playing each other each year. Why are you people afraid to play more games, and want to set up rules that will allow you to play less games each year. You can't start forcing clans to play each other either, you will have people quitting if you even try that.

Its just an idea (albeit a really good one) . Maybe we can stick to ideas and not personalities. It doesn't matter who suggested it.

We know they are trying to find a way they can win something. I don't know how many clans are involved, but I assume Bish was in conversation with the Clan leaders who have posted in here. All a pre-planned scheme to try and win something and not have to play a lot of games doing it.
None of the aforementioned leaders who had a piece to say in this Thread thought about trying to make a stronger Clan. I play in the Greeters Games, and there are many players there that would great for Clans, it would be just to work on getting them to become subscribers. Of course that would take WORK!!!!

1. How dare you attack @DTH for just responding to an idea in the clan forum. The forum was created for that exact purpose - for players to respond to ideas. He is a solid clan leader and active member of this site we are all trying to promote. Not a good look in my opinion.
2. I have been discussing this idea with exactly two clan leaders before posting here. And you know that. Because they are the two clan leaders who might be the most affected - as they develop strategies to win the 2026 overall Net Points title. I have zero desire to get in the way of those leaders' aims and goals. I have told them that and asked them how we can create this with minimal disruption to the current system. I have tried to assimilate their feedback into the proposal.
While we have not agreed on a lot - both leaders have been both generous with their time and very respectful.

Chill, I don't agree with it as you guys concocted a scheme in how you could win something, that is all this is about not trying to REALLY improve the Clan System, just give you guys who don't want to put the hard work in to it, something you can win.
