If the vacation flag is up.
Timeout can't be claimed even although there is no time left.
If you don't move once the vacation period ends then it can.
But once you move the clock is reset. So in a fast one day time out it gies back to 24 hours.
Which is what happened to me
That's why my rating is so low
You only have to miss it by a day
Whereas if the clock had stopped I would have had another day at least

What I am saying is that the stupid vacation thing like so many more things does not work
At least if the game clock had stopped it would not have run down my time bank
This at least would have given me a chance
