I have been self employed since 1994 and run a rather successful business. I have not had a paid holiday in my entire life. How it it that you are now saying that I collect social security benefits? did you make it up?

"Good" JW's are encouraged to be self-employed. It frees them up for "the ministry". Many are rather expensive window-cleaners. In our town you'd be hard put to find a non-JW window cleaner.

I was self employed years before I became a witness, infact since I was fourteen when I worked for a farmer. Many people in Scotland are because of the rural nature of the country.
