Great stuff - 'Bicycle' is probably the stand-out, but the whole thing's quite good. The same chap released an EP under the name Memory Cassettes, too - more of a shimmery guitar/dream-pop feel than the Memory tapes stuff, but also worth a listen...

i'll have to check that out.

i like 'swimming field' better than the others personally but both 'bicycle' and 'plain material' both stand out. tbh there's nothing on the album that i don't like.
