Me too. This sort of thing has been done before. Parents find ways to help the child. Notice the videos always seem to leave the surroundings out; they're close in on the child's face or hand.

It certainly could have been faked, not the first time this has been done. To be totally believable you would have to have the camera do the whole scene like you said.
