dont care much for king so i dont know much about flagg other than the crappy t.v. movie. i really liked carnivale it was a shame it was cancelled.

i guess they are both avatars of evil in the battle between good and evil. although flagg seemed to represent evil in the final battle where justin was just one of many in a chain (from what i remember).
