Sorry for the mis-spell. Just to show that the MacArthur people recognize musicians as well as scientists as a value to our culture.

The MacArthur Foundation has recognized quite a few jazz muscians including Ornette Coleman, Anthony Braxton, Cecil Taylor, Max Roach, John Zorn, Steve Lacy, George Lewis, etc.

If found Zenon to be a curious choice. I was hoping that maybe you had some insight as to his selection.

There may have been a political agenda, he is Puerto Rican.
