has anyone read that book? the republic by plato started reading it so far i like it.

I've read bits of it, as well as other bits of Plato, but never all of it. After accusing me of being a "Platonist", a friend of mine sent me "The Republic" for Christmas, so I shall be reading it soon and would like to continue this discussion once I have.
