As I have said in another thread...there has not been a greater rock singer since Tim Buckley. If you know music, you know that that is true.

What's so good about Buckley?

Are his lyrics better than Lou Reed's?
Are his compositions as original and beautiful as John Cale's?
Is his live performance better than Springsteens?
Is he a better musician than Steve Vai or a better singer than Freddie Mercury?

Nope.

So, after hearing one album by the guy, I can but conclude he's mediocre at best.
