Who is/are your favorite artist(s)?

The Dali thread inspired me to check out the tastes of a bunch of chess players. While I like some of Dali's work, my favorites are:
1. Munch
2. Cezanne
3. Bosch

Honorable mention...Goya

- Sandro Botticelli
- Rubens

Robyn Hitchcock, with Bob Dylan coming in a close second (yes, I said a close second).

Oh man--how could I have left out Remmy!

Waterhouse, Millais, Rossetti, Rubens, Klimt, Leighton...and an endless of others in other styles, but my favourites are Pre-Raphaelites 🙂

Jacques-Louis David. His painting "The Sabine Women" is awesome and beautiful. Took my breath away.
