Look how easy it is to take his 11 points and turn them around into EVEN MORE compelling points against Trump. Why ask us to listen to a guy who writes hit pieces for the Epoch Times, which is a far-right international multi-language newspaper and media company affiliated with the Falun Gong new religious movement! My mom, I have to forgive. She's 93 and doesn't know any better - plus she's my mom. But you?

Don't do this again. Please.

1. Wipe out a 2,000-mile border. 
Trump torpedoed the legislation that would fix immigration…

2. Run up $35 trillion in national debt. 
Trump tax cuts added much more debt than Biden has…

3. Appease or subsidize enemies like Russia and North Korea. 
Shaking hands with dictators emboldens them and puts our allies at risk…

4. In a multiracial democracy, redefine identity only as one’s tribal affiliation. 
By banning Muslims, making fun of the disabled, mocking and demeaning women, and pandering to evangelicals…

5. Recalibrate crime as understandable, cry-of-the-heart expressions of social justice. 
“Good people on both sides…” “Jan 6th patriots…” Pardons all around.

6. Emasculate the military by using blackmail to block promotion and commendation.
Support Sen Numbnuts from Alabama who blocked ALL military promotions…

7. Reinvent foreign aid to smear political opponents. 
Using a “perfect phone call” to Ukraine, for example…

8. Encourage the fusion of the bureaucratic state with political parties by hiring incompetent political flunkies to form a powerful force for political audit, surveillance, censorship and coercion. 
Michael Flynn, Betsy DeVos, Tom Price, Mnuchin, Zincke, Carson, etc.

9. Make war on clean air and water
By torpedoing as much of the Clean Air and Water Acts as possible…

10. Marry over and over, and cheat with porn stars. 
And be the role-model of the “whinny spoiled child” even at age 77, constantly airing grievances IN ALL CAPS

11. Turn news outlets into propaganda centers.

All of these Acts were passed DEMOCRATICALLY with provisions for student loan forgiveness. If you object, why don't you DEMOCRATICALLY vote for Congress-critters who pass laws that *don't* contain provisions for forgiveness if you are agin' it?! Vote 'em out.

SCOTUS can only rule on whether he is following the law and Constitution as written. If he is, then there is nothing more to be said.

As for pollution - yes, government could regulate that. Nixon (R) lead the way with the Clean Air and Water Acts. Love Canal, anyone? Burning River?

If we DEMOCRATICALLY decide that is something we want to do, then fine. There is no 'right to pollute'.

Historians are ALREADY putting Trump at the bottom of the list and there have been some dozies already, Harding comes to mind but at least he didn't try to overthrow the idea of peaceful transfer of power, among the rest of Trumps so called 'accomplishments'
