San Antonio , Texas and its' metro area has a population exceeding 1 million people and approx. 5,000 people showed up 5/30 to protest the killing by police in Minneapolis , Minn. The Brown Berets organized a march and a vigil to the downtown police headquarters . The Brown Berets dispersed after the vigil and it appears some other people were intent on some destruction in the downtown area . Damage was minimal .The SAPD responded with pepper balls and several hours later the crowd was finally dispersed . Only 3 arrests were made . A curfew in the downtown area will be in effect for this evening . Kudos to the Brown Berets for showing what a peaceful demonstration should be all about .
The rioters in any city are doung so because there is lack of force to keep them in check. They are all worthless criminals and cowards if they are met in force.
Officials credited the far larger presence of the Minnesota National Guard. The Guard said its force has grown from 700 deployed on Friday to more than 4,100 on patrol or waiting their turn, with that number positioned to grow past 10,000.

If it was more conservative, then there would have been 10k national guards helping to keep the peace, arresting anyone who was breaking curfew.

Judge Dallas by its response. Were there 10k national guard presence supporting police? If not, the Dallas did it wrong and did not have a conservative response.
