@AverageJoe1 saidAnd I already said Trump can make a joke of "Cabinet" meetings if he wants to.
3 clicks back I made it clear that the govt owns the physical courtroom, the real property, and its fixtures, which are part of the real property. No argument.
Your segue then is going to be an end-around, but I am too quick for you,,,,,I even predicted that you would do it. And, here you are.
Delta has legal ownership of the airplane. While it is in the sky, ...[text shortened]... t there! No colloquial language in the debate!!" Man, that sure would shorten a lot of our posts!

@no1marauder saidThis sentence that you just wrote. It says that a person can do what they want to do. Yes that is right. What a stupid statement to make totally superfluous.

This must be Segway number two.
When I play golf this afternoon, and take my drive off the tee, , I will own that fairway. People who may be casually walking along the edge of the fairway, will not cross over that fairway, because they will inherently know that I own that fairway. Is that too much for you to admit to?
@AverageJoe1 saidNo, you don't "own" it anymore than I own the bar stool. In both cases, the actual owner is giving someone permission to exclusively use it for a limited period of time. That isn't ownership in the legal sense.

@no1marauder saidhaha. I am trying to picture you in someone's home chatting, with several couples for dinner and fellowship, and your doing all you can to speak legally and avoiding colloquial conversation!!!! So, if Dan is so proud of his eagle on the 5th hole, par 5, he is joyfully saying. "Guys, I owned that fairway'!!!! " He did of course, as that is certainly how your other friends would hear it.

Oops,, I wrote that whole para without mentioning the word legal. Uh, would you have, when you responded to him, and deflate his moment?? Naa, you wouldn't have...would you?
Maybe when the evening is over and you are bursting to go back to his 'colloquial 'moment, you may get a bit of traction if you bring up Natural Law. 🤔
