A bad piece of legislation in FL

That in fact is a mark that Disney (who else operates amusement parks in FL and has the money for lobbying?) bought the exemption of the law. Maybe one should look into the "Cui bono"?

You can't make Trump to pay taxes his properties have next to no value (see the New York court case abut this)
