Actually, Edward Hitler (in Filthy, Rich & Catflap), back in 1987 (or so) puked against a wall, someone put a frame around it and the art critic (played by Stephen Fry) said it was fleeting art at its best and the art world (in the comedy) falls in love with it.

If some assshole actually pays 100,000 for a wall taped banana, THEN the art world would be bonkers.
So if someone else did a banana on wall with SCOTCH tape instead of Duct tape, could they be sued for copyright infringement?
