It's possibly new guidance based on scientific research. You will not be forced to follow that guidance. Tax dollars go towards scientific research. I appreciate having access to research results.
Groups of people at all levels of society everywhere pool resources to benefit the group. That includes churches, insurance and countries via taxes. It is not realistic for businesses and individuals to independently develop roads, dams, airports, etc.
You seem to be too lazy to read anything beyond a few sentences or listen to more than a sound bite.

I want you to name ONE liberal site that is a trusted source, no one can give ONE.

Why do you thing fox and ny post get the most views?
Media is not overwhelmingly liberal.

Like phranny did, I recommend using multiple sources of information to draw conclusions. Some of the sources are not media at all.

I like pbs, mostly because of pacing and it does not have ads.

Do you know what the words "guidance" and "advised" mean?

Overwhelming? You repeat fake news.

The most watched news programs in the US are all at Fox news.

Fox news and ny post websites get 400 million page views every month.

The most watched mainstream media is conservative, by no means overwhelming liberal.
Wildgrass,,,,,,,you would define Bernie Sanders and Obama as conservative.

No, contrare', groups of people at ALL Levels of society do NOT pool resources. Except, as you say, for universal resources shared unquestionably by everyone, such as roads, dams, airports, etc. We all 'pool' money to build them, then go on about our private lives. This is a correct statement, yours is not. Your 'all levels pool resources' smacks of Marx. Brrrrrr
And if I am lazy and don't read things of no interest to me,, like the Sonhouse screeds (do you?), why do you say that in your post?It is irrelevant to my facts that I am lazy, totally irrelevant. I may go take a Biden-nap in a little while, but it has nothing to do with anything. I Don't get your comments like that, which you often make. Suzy gets personal a lot, too. Don't get it.

I agree, i watch PBS for some reasons, and also MSNBC for some programs. Certainly not Al Sharpton. Oh, Says he is a minister, but before betting on his qualifications.....get ready....he was ordained when he was TEN (10) Years Old.
Jesus. You people.

You *think* that giving the gov the power to tax us and then give the money to whoever they want,
that it will be done judiciously, right? When are y'all going to learn!!

The Pharmaceutical Industry is the richest in the world, for cripe's sake. And hard working people have to subsidize them??

It might be a Catch22 situation. Pharmaceutical research is expensive but life saving. In the case of vaccines, there is not a lot of money to be made because many people must be vaccinated for the disease to be stopped. For example polio and smallpox. In today's anti vaccine climate, both of these diseases would still be with us including people in iron lungs due to many refusing to be vaccinated. There are many examples where the country benefits by pooling money to pay for services and support economic growth. Yes, there are abuses. There is no perfect system.
