You know you have a flock of birds, a gander of geese, etc. ?
Well, after reading post after post of American right-wingers and their neurosis considering vaccinations, liberalism, communism (which they can’t tell apart from fascism), their racism, pro-gun-ism, etc. Ad infinitum, I’ve decided they’ve got certain factors which unite them and that they also need a group name.
- they’re all American (if they’re actually different people)
- they all have trailer trash accents (well, when reading their posts, I presume they sound like something from the Dukes of Hazzard)
- they’re paranoid
- they’re so full of fear of change that you can smell their nappies
- their opinions are, for most Europeans, completely retarded
So, I first thought of calling them a Scrote of Dumb-Arse. But that felt a little negative. Towards testicles.
And then I pondered a Puddle of Dumb.
But that’s not accurate. They’re very verbal. Thread after thread. There’s no subject their moronity doesn’t seep into and like a magnetized cancer keeps attracting more of them.
And so I settled on A Moronity of Gop.
GOP not pronounced as letters, but just as pop, but with a g. So like gobbity goop.
I am open to better suggestions though.
@shavixmir saidWhen these truly ignorant individuals were underground hiding in the wilds of Idaho, I was mildly concerned. However, now that Qanon conspiracy morons have managed to get elected to Congress, I am very worried. The ignorance in the US is astounding. However, there seems to be a renewed interest in facism in some parts of Europe.

Americans are being abandoned to slaughter by the 911 attackers with our own weapons. They just put our grandchildrens children in debt. Lowered the quality of like for the majority of Americans.
But hey…men can now wear dresses. Bravo!
@shavixmir saidsad little sucker you are.

@shavixmir saidWhile this is generally true, it was not always the case. Republicans of the past have made some pretty smart decisions, IMHO some of these are: George H.W. Bush's successful nomination of David Souter to the supreme court, his decision NOT to invade Iraq after the successful desert storm conflict, Richard Nixon's support of the creation of the environmental protection agency, the SALT treaty's with the Soviet Union, his opening up of relations with mainland China, Ronald Reagans support of the Brady bill are some of these.

Sadly, todays Republicans (to paraphrase a semi famous movie) have no interest whatsoever in solving our problems, they're interested in 2 things only: Making us afraid of it, and telling us who's to blame for it. That ladies and gentleman is how they win elections.

Trump debt was $7.8 TRILLION in 4 years.

@wildgrass
Ya I just learned that too.
Apparently your first year as president is already spoken for as far as debt and spending go.
So it falls on the last president.
Did you notice Obama is 5th for all time debt?
Trump is near 10th.
Oh of course you don't want to admit your precious Obama caused 12 trillion in debt 😆
I'm assuming you're an Obama fan but since you called him obummer I could be mistaken 🤔
@c-i-v saidI'm a disaffected conservative who isn't a fan of any president in the last 30 years.

I did not like Obama (obviously) but at least he had an excuse for the debt burden. He inherited a bad recession with 7.8% unemployment and a mandate from voters to pass a stimulus to boost the economy. And he did get debt spending down to ~$500 billion/year before he left. Also, he's a lib so the spending is sort of expected.
But I don't understand how Bush and Trump racked up all that debt. They both presided over booming economies for most of their terms. Under favorable economic conditions, governments should stop spending and let the private sector take over. Neither was able to cut spending in any meaningful way. Trump actually increased spending by a lot over Obama. His budget for 2020 (before COVID) was over $1 trillion in the red. Again, booming economy. They both abandoned the core principle of fiscal conservatism.
@wildgrass
Probably due more to an unstable system that will always go farther and farther in debt than a presidents fault.
@c-i-v saidThat's why I stopped voting for conservatives who aren't Ron Paul.

The moronity of Gop, after claiming the reason they won’t get vaccinated is because the vaccinations lack FDA apporval, have now changed their tune. The FDA approval isn’t good enough…
It’s called the dynamics of moving goal posts to suit one’a narrative.
Sometimes referred to as: unable to accept the reality of change.
But usually named: trailer-trash-itis.
