That doesn't prove what you said. Stop pretending the SCOTUS is the only legal route. Less than stupid people know better.
There is no work around the SCOTUS in this matter; they'd have to be unwilling to overrule Citizens United. Given the Court's present make up, that wouldn't happen.

That decision should be repealed. It was a way for wealthy people to have more influence on elections than poor people. Do you think torture is not cruel and unusual punishment too? The SCOTUS can be and has been wrong.
