All of us have a history that is documented and easily found.
3rd world countries don't.
A bad person in some unknown town in Afghanistan could easily change his name on a whim and nobody would know.
Or do you think an unknown wannabe terrorist is just going to admit everything he did in Afghanistan?

If you're talking about visas and crap well they don't have any dna linked to them or fingerprints.
Find an Afghan that looks like you and you have all the documents you would need to leave and go anywhere.
Fake ID is bought easier in 3rd world countries too.

The point to be made here is that the far right conservatives are questioning the wisdom of helping those Afghans who worked for the Americans in Afghanistan get out of Afghanistan.
My question is ..... weren't they vetted before they were hired in Afghanistan ??

During war you pay spies who provide reliable information.
The character of the spy or his past is irrelevant.
So like I said...they did it for money and they could be bad people.
They also could have worked both sides.
They also could be holding a grudge or whatever and attack the USA later.
I'm all for using informants in war but I'm against giving them sanctuary afterwards.
