The overwhelming majority of people have either a driver's license, or a State picture ID, with SS number on front or magnetic image on rear. What is wrong with using what we already have?
I did find it amusing that Obama would lecture African nations on not being accepting of gays, and them telling him, shut up, even as he was bribing them with $7B of taxpayer money.
