I also think that 100 years from now everyone will view abortion as something barbaric from the past, because by then humanity will have achieved significant advances in reproductive management.
I know we dabbled in test tube babies a few decades back.
But I think that human reproduction can take steps forward (technologically) without having to back into pregnancy termination.
Perhaps women will no longer have to be pregnant and in the kitchen.
And abortion will be a thing of the past as will these endless debates.
Unfortunately, somehow, there will still be Bible punchers around unhappy with the state of affairs of human sexuality and they will have something to waggle their religious fingers at.
