Usually i don't bring up my country but in this case it's relevant. In Romania, during the regime of Ceausescu, the budget KGB (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Securitate ) encouraged citizens to snitch on their neighbors. For just about anything. You never knew who was an informer so you just didn't trust anyone.
Aaand of course, they were against abortions. Agents were placed in gynecological wards and "regular pregnancy tests were made mandatory for women of child-bearing age, with severe penalties for anyone who was found to have terminated a pregnancy".
But they were godless communists. They did it to raise birth rates, you people do it for God and Freedom!!. You love freedom so much that it's a small price to pay to have women lose the freedom to do with their body as they please. You love God so much that you're not afraid to do something in his name that is never mentioned once in the Bible. You love unborn "children" so much that you just run out of love for born, actual children. Education? Healthcare? Feeding them? Provide homes? It's just not possible, you need to spend all your effort saving the blobs of replicating cells even those born through monsters forcing themselves upon little girls.
Just to recap, Texas had a great idea to make citizens snitch on their fellow citizens and it's just a coincidence that idea was used by Nazi Germany to make germans call the Gestapo, USSR to get russians to inform to the KGB and just about any dictatorship current or past.

So that is murder. What do you call forcing a human being to do something. For let's say... 9 months. Something that is potentially dangerous to their health as in the case for women whose life is endangered by a pregnancy? Or something that would aggravate a trauma as in the case of a rape victim getting pregnant from a rape, a rape victim that can be maybe 12?
What do you call then forcing that human being to take care of what is now an actual baby?
So, to recap, in order to prevent a human being to "murder" something that no expert (sorry, you are a free thinker, you don't care about experts) would call human, you would enslave human beings, 12 years and up, deprive them of freedom, force them to work a job they never wanted, possibly endanger their life, work tirelessly to make sure they have as little help as possible (you oppose most social programs helping people care for their children) and severely punish any who would oppose this enslavement.
