When politicians give money to poor people, they secretlly know that they will end up with it. People with poorest households spend down their savings the fastest, which increases the savings and incomes of other households. This naturally leads to a longlasting increase in aggregate demand until, ultimately, excess saings have trickled up to the riches saverws, which results in raising wealth inequallity.

About 80%. Be aware if politicians say they are helping folks on the lower end of this spectrum, giving them money and benefits, they are actually helping the rich.
