Ummm...failure to fly during a rainstorm is not an indication of a design flaw. If it was, every make and model of this helicopter would be deemed useless and dangerous.. Since they designed, built and tested more than one, the weather conditions and other tangibles the public are not privy to, were calculated and the decision was made to stay grounded. Plausible.
