Maybe when it was rehabilitive (may not be a word but you know what i mean). That ended in the 80's i believe. Now it's a waste of money. Actually turns beginners into pros.

You are making these people maytrs, which wouldn't be such a bad thing if that didn't diminish the importance of millions in the world dying from starvation. As for Iraq, let's give them a memorial wall. Hopefully it won't get bombed.
