The post that was quoted here has been removedI’m surprised that ‘Amnesty’ thinks it’s the moral judge of other people’s beliefs and that some prisoners of conscience are more worthy than others.
I thought their role was to speak up for / highlight cases of political prisoners and if Navalny is not a political prisoner, who is.
I’ve seen a couple of grainy videos and his opinions were pretty revolting but even if he still holds those views that’s not what he’s been imprisoned for. Clearly Amnesty has moved on from its original ideology.
