That's right, just because he did not win the majority vote in his own party or that he may have been born on foriegn soil does not mean he is ruling illegally. You know what they say, its only wrong when you get caught. 😛

1. The majority vote in your own party isn't required according to the constitution or any law... am I wrong? Can you point out a law or which part of the constitution states this?

2. Unless Hawaii was foreign soil when he was born then he wasn't born on foreign soil.
