anyone labeled as enemy combatant can win a lot of time in the gitmo spa. who does the labeling? is it a lengthy process to decide a human being is not worthy of a trial or simply a US officer can send anyone there that has been caught buying bread from a bakery near a safehouse for terrorists?
Haven't you ever wondered why Gitmo prisoners were denied basic bill-of-rights rights until recently?
